Coupon Scams Earning as much as $400 $800 Per Day PROLIFERAT

Apparently, there is a loophole in the return policy at Target, Walmart, & CVS and who knows what other store that gives cash or store credit back on a gift card when you buy merchandise with a coupon and return it the same day...This is to redeem the coupon for cash value, since the store gets paid for redeeming the coupon. If the store kept the cash, then they would be getting paid twice by the manufacturer since the product got returned and the store kept the coupon value. This return loophole is legal and you cannot be arrested for it. But some say its unethical... You be the judge.

Years ago Walmart had some game Boys on clearance for 19 bucks. I bought three, one for me and the kids got one. Only problem was they were all green. That's all they had was Green. Never give your kids the same color toy, you're just asking for it. But, in my Infinite wisdom, I just go to a different Walmart. The thought was swap them out for a different color. I couldn't just swap them out at the other Walmart. What I had to do was actually return them first. Since they were 19 bucks at the other store they couldn't returned at the price on my receipt. What they did was give me cash for what the two Gameboys would have cost at that store. The thought was, go back to electronics and buy the two you wanted. You see where I'm going with this. I could have left the store with $140 plus tax. I would have probably had two pissed off kids if I had.
Store mail out coupons then we have the right to use them. What's the scam??????

It's 2017 , and it's still happening , usually by illegals , don't speak English but have a wad of coupons. I see it daily and they get mad when target don't have the products Because it's happening so much now the shelves are empty. There is a website usually involved along with Facebook groups that tell you how to do it.
Actually it IS illegal!! This dudes name is Omar, uea from Cali/Vegas and his baby momma went to jail shortly after this for fraud and theft!! (Oh…and heroin and warrants and disorderly conduct) Google Melissa Alessandro and see the charges for yourself!! You can get arrested for this. These bum ass people can'tget rreal jobs

I'm guessing that most of you never bothered to READ below the video. This is NOT FRAUD and NOT ILLEGAL. LIBEL is… and considering the man in the video USED the WORDS SCAM, I wish this man would contact me. I'd help him get an attorney because Slander is VERBAL and punishable by law. Your first amendment rights do NOT protect your from slander. since it's posted so the whole world can see, it's clearly easily chargeable.
This is insane. People need to learn what the word SCAM means. If I am a couponer, and I buy Shampoo that ends up breaking me out, you're saying that I shouldn't be able to bring that item back if I used a coupon on it? Bull. If Target redeemed my coupon, they have gotten the money for that item. If they can't give me my coupon back, they should give me the value of it. In MOST cases by the time an item is returned the coupon is already in the clearinghouse. Target gets face value PLUS .08 for EACH coupon redeemed. Just because you didn't video this man's face doesn't mean that you didn't violate his privacy. You do'nt SOUND like a young man. You should be aware that just because you have a camera on your PHONE dosn't make it OK to video someone without their permission. Shame on you and Shame on Target managers at that store for failing to describe a situation better. Lets talk about the real FRAUD that's done by stores! When i get a $5 coupon on an item, I'm a smart couponer, I do'nt USE IT immediately. Why? Because I guarantee that the item will be on SALE in the next couple weeks. Maximize my savings. If that item goes on sale for $3 and I have a $5 coupon, a store that changes the value of that coupon instead of applying the extra to the basket is CHEATING the consumer AND the manufacturer. They redeem that coupon for FACE VALUE. So they are getting the price of their item, PLUS $2 extra from the manufacturer. THATS a SCAM. The manufacturer can't change the STORE POLICIES. Target has the best coupon policy around for maximum savings. You guys have so much better things you can do with your time. How about you go find the group called NEVERLAND on facebook that is a bunch of PORTUGUESE people SELLING THEIR CHILDREN FOR SEX! Yes, I saw it and reported it because there's a coupon group by the same name. Never been so shocked in my LIFE. Why not band together to take care of THESE types of travesties and let the guy in front of you in line do his thing. If he gets in trouble, what's it do to make YOUR life better? NOTHING.
A friend did this in orange count mad a lot of money but target managers told him to stop going he would go to all the targets in the area
