Question – Do you have any tips for the people who fall for your bullshit and then get charged with fraud? How do they use "coupons" and the 1099 to pay legal fees? Just wanted to let you know that Ive reported this video (and your channel) for fraud and look forward to seeing it being shut down.

Patrice Halterman says:

Hello Chris, My elder girlfriend and I were widowed 2 & 6 years ago, so we can no longer afford housing and are heading to Northeast Arizona, to live off grid on her cattle ranch 35 acre property where her husband and she have a well and a barn shed house, without the trailer they used to live in, as it was sold to pay taxes in the future.
We could really use a lift up in life, however, this Pacific Coast we live in today is way more than we can afford. I wish I had found you 5 years ago after my deceased husband passed on!
I have SO MUCH to learn!

jandkdelia says:

I have a unique situation. I am an ex-spouse who was quit claim deeded the house in the divorce. I’ve been making payments consistently to the mortgage (to benefit HIS credit… I’m not even ON the loan). I obviously can’t forge his name on the coupon and have it notarized (we don’t speak)… but the mortgage company has been fraudulently accepting payments from me for 3 years but they refuse to add me to the loan or allow me to assume the loan (to “benefit” my credit). I don’t want to 1099 from my trust when it won’t benefit me credit wise… But how can I get them on fraudulently excepting my payments even though it is all still within his name? Is there another way to go about this to invalidate the debt and get it to zero? Please advise.

My2Cents SmerzOne says:

this too. Cashing a check marked “payment in full” will likely discharge the debtor's obligation entirely, under the legal doctrine of “accord and satisfaction.” Tendering of a check marked “payment in full” or “paid in full” is an offer to settle the debt of an amount different than what the parties' contract says.

April Horvath says:

So what do you do if you sent a notarized coupon and letter and the company kept it and closed account

Daniel Dayton says:

Ok, they tried moving forward and bombarded me with notices and such. Like 3 in a Row and I just told them,. All contracts after there first Contract with me the 10 day Demand for Payment.
I told them it payed and I have a contract with you people right hear that says so.
And I actually have 2 contracts because I sent both the coupon and the 1099a
Certified mail/ returned receipt and notarized.

Haven't heard a peep out of them.
They still haven't adjusted my ballance on the Statement to 0, but if they keep it up I will do a conditional Acceptance on there offer.
Bang!
