Couponing in Canada: Finding in store coupons
Where can you find coupons?
The grocery store! Most major grocery stores will get new coupons at least once a month. Generally these are on a rotation that you learn over time.
Rotation:
• Sobeys/Safeway/Freshco/Food Basics/Metro
• Loblaws Banner Stores (RCSS, No Frills, etc)
• Drug Stores (Shoppers/Rexall)
• Nothing / Select store restocks (generally Loblaws)
Over time you’ll learn when coupons come around your area and what stores. Just make sure to keep an extra eye out for them!
