This is what ruins it for others. this This store is already cheap & you could have gotten maybe 6 & went at another time when you got some more coupons or just buy them if you ran out since they are only a dollar. You probably cleared out since the store meaning no one else could get any. I know you said you were donating but the shelters are not in great need for dryer sheets & come one, stocking up for a year. This is just greasy. Because of things like this stores are going to stop taking coupons.
I've been couponing for a long time now, and over the years I have never understood how people can have the balls to go into a store with a 100 coupons for the same item and clear shelves, and go through checkout without feeling like tools. Is this an entitlement thing? Do people like this feel they are entitled to all this stuff? I may take 10 of a single item, if it's a great deal, but I'm not going to clean the entire store out in a day.

she will donate only half of them.thats good.. . Ive done coupons..for over 40 yrs.. and I really feel folks are getting carried away… if your donating its great… but.. there are people out there.. just hoard .. I met a 25 yr old young woman.. who was trying to use over 50 coupons.. the store.. said no… 4 for each different item.. they were trying to be fair to other customers.. ..you would of sworn.. someone was trying to do her harm.. she pulled a hissy fit.. and cussed of who cares about others.. .. it was an OMG.. moment.. I left the store… shaking my head… thats just crazy…

That cashier probably lost her job after the corporate office reviewed the transactions. They have a security office that does nothing but screen the sales records for things like that. At the very least, she will be disciplined by the Loss Prevention Manager and given a stern warning by her District Manager. Her transactions will be screened regularly after that. They have one office for each region across the country and if necessary, they will also review the cameras over the register. Either way, The store gets paid back for every coupon used in their store. Yes, coupon courtesy dictates that if you know a deal is coming up soon at a store that will order for you, usually a grocery store, then you should always ask for a special order so you don't wipe out the shelves. That's rarely possible at Dollar Tree and an item like Gain even appearing at Dollar Tree is just one of their random deals. That's not one of the items they can specifically order at store level. And the management can only order a small percentage of what comes into their stores. The rest is automatically sent automatically to each store whether they want it or not.
For those people wondering where she got all those coupons, she is probably either a coupon fairy who kept all of that week's inserts herself or has a connection to the site that stuffs the papers in her area.
