Patricia Pilling says:

I got my dehydrator at Aldi's.

Moviestar Memories says:

Ellie, my son HATES bananas, peas, rice and cereals.I think that came from when he was a baby, and grandma made him eat those. His grandmother isn;t as sweet as your.Strict german lady. He;s 15 now and I have re introduced things. But those thingsthat she fed him he will never eat again.

Rexy Smith says:

I just discovered Aldi's OMG there is a bunch of them around where I live I just went at one this week for the first time…. HOLY COW 12 eggs for 79cents, I was paying almost 4$ for 18 eggs all the time just because I don't like shopping and just buy everything in the same store all the time. Now I am going to be much more careful on where I buy my foods , such a waste of money 😐

Shellie Martin says:

Bingo!! Then we got married my husband hated beans but only find out 20 years later when he eats some and says they are so good, that his mother never cooked them all the way, they were always hard

Nancy on Pacific says:

I'm sorry, but watching (listening ) to this video is more than
aggravating for me..and, I'm sure it's just FOR ME !! I don't like
the kind of interruptions that I'm experiencing trying to follow
what is being said..I think if you are making an informative video,
then please remove all the distractions ( don't allow them, please
in the first place.) I love reading your tips, emails, etc. but this
video ( my first with you ) is more than I'm willing to endure. I'm
going to walk away at this point.

Lisa Eldridge says:

It is refreshing to hear that you don't like/use coupons either! I have had the same experiences as you and it is so frustrating.

Phyllis Sather says:

Is there anyway to have a script of this? As much as I would like to I just don't have an hour to watch it.

Carey Miller says:

We(they are my boys) have that same star wars mug. It came in a 2 pack at Walmart one year with hot chocolate mix.

Pascale Tesi says:

I have been missing you this week because of VBS. We have it in the evening. We feed them dinner and I make sure they are fed and happy.
I will be ordering your e-course. Very excited!

BreAnna Culver says:

Wow guys! Just started watching y'all and I'm so inspired right now. My husband and I are 20 & 21 years old and living on ONE INCOME. Aside from selling things or extra side jobs or something. I love it though… and WE ARE NOT RICH but I can say we save more money now than when I worked. I love being frugal. Aaaaand Aldi's has saved my rear!! Even though it's a 30 min drive at least (I bum rides a lot with my sister and mother-in-law) it's worth it! For us 2 I can spend 80$ for 2 weeks of groceries. It's the crisp. Thanks for the tips, you guys are doing great from your fellow redneck whipper snapper. 🙂

Shae Blackburn says:

Tawra, I just love you! You are always saying what I'm thinking😜

Jean Woodall says:

West Virginia isn't business friendly either but we got an Aldi awhile back. Ours even expanded recently. Locals love it as well as the farmer's market that's open year round.

Pat Havens says:

Some things are so much better the second night like ham and beans, chicken and dumplings , many soups and chili for sure are better the second time as they have melded and are just great. So many silly spoiled children and husbands have a really skewed perception where food is concerned . I agree whole heartedly with you Tawra!

Pat Havens says:

By the way I love to use my freezer as well it is so convenient and so quick compared to canning. And I love to watch and listen to you and Mike I love that you are so frugal I have always been frugal as well but have learned a lot from you and your mom and family and I love that you are such a close knit family, you warm my heart and give me hope for our country when there are so many families like you out there even if I do not know a lot of them. Thank you , thank you, thank you and God bless you.

Pat Havens says:

I love to can and it does save money for me but I think you do what you can do. Canning is so safe and it really saved me last month when my upright freezer died I found it not running but still had lots of ice but things were thawing out and I had about 30 pounds of sirloin steak which I cut up and canned with onions and garlic . I dehydrated all the frozen vegetable and canned the ground beef as I did not have enough room in my chest freezer. I did lose some things but saved most of it through canning and dehydrating . I do have two regular canner's and two electric canners which I really love. I totally understand that you do not like to can we all have things we like and dislike I say viva la difference!

Dora 2014 says:

My kids were very picky eaters as little ones, but we always required that they take at least 2 "thank you bites" of everything served to them. They are now 13, 16, & 18 and for the most part are healthy eaters.

LiveLaughLove, EveryDay says:

Between ecoupons, sale items and senior discount day – and very little effort or time I've saved about $150 from Jan. to June. Ecoupons are not the same as paper coupons, they are much easier. I order on line and go pick up my groceries, so much easier for me which also cuts out impulse items. The smaller the package the more expensive the item.

Jessica Dailey says:

I missed y'all live so I'm watching now….

C Gt says:

After WWII, my father starved! His rule was to be happy you have something to eat and eat it with no complaints! It's good to get perspective. In many parts of the world, people are just happy to have something to eat.

L. J. says:

I've never had that problem of eating too little either…sigh

julie Trader says:

Your family is great! I appreciate all of the tips! I am afraid to can because i am afraid i will give the family botchalism!

jack1234 says:

We eat organic. I'd say 90% of the time, the other 10% at restaurants which aren't organic. I like how these tips still apply. Granted organic brands tend to not have as many sales but these still save. Thanks for posting.

sue twarowski says:

I find that most of the coupons I have found are for junk food or fru fru stuff. I look through them but don't use them.

Lee Daniels says:

I don't get not eating leftovers either. Some foods are even better because the flavors are more absorbed. No complaints from my children(42 & 35). They do leftovers for their families too.

leeann cornell says:

So Happy to see you are stilll doing live shows and shows. You haven't been coming up on my youtube list live or anything. I finally put you in and see you are ok and still doing shows. hugs You are not the only channel not coming up on my youtube list. L ove your shows.

Maria Hurley says:

I just bought 50 pounds of oatmeal. That will last us about 6 months. It cost around $20, that is 40 cents a pound. That's better than the best sale price I've ever been able to get. I don't have to constantly be looking for it on sale or have all those tubes to get rid of. I try and get the best price for everything we eat. This oatmeal deal wouldn't work for someone who ate oatmeal 2 or 3 times a month. It would be a pain to store.

Leona Rodriguez says:

'Get it together kid…she aint here..' 😂😂

Diane Gribbin says:

When you put hamburger meat in small bags, is it cooked or raw please.
