Hi Friends here's a weather update: Skip to around 12:00 minutes into the video to see the rain we're getting. It was flooded in my area earlier but it's gone down but sadly it's not over. Question: P&G spend $20 get $5 I thought before coupons for your $5 ECB to trigger would be $19.98-$20.00 will at the store the rep told me th at to get the $5 you needed to have a total of $20 after coupon to get $5 thought it was weird we are trying to save not spend a lot or else percentage will be low…
