Hi. Do I need to have the cashier scan my CRTs first before the manufacturer coupons? My 6 off 24 facial did not work and customer service said it was because my total after coupons was less than 24..never had this issue before

I was supposed to get one for razors and then the 7 off of 2 Garnier and they didn't print and when I check online they weren't on there anymore.
Hello Luellen, wondering if you can help me figure this out. I received 1 $4 off $18 shampoo CRT also I have a pay only $2.77 for pantene pro-V which are the shampoo and conditioner that is now on sale buy 2/ $8 when you spend $20 get 5 ecb. I was wondering if I can use both CRTs and 1 MNF Q which is $3 off 3 products so this is my scenario 5 pantene 2/$8=$20.79 – $4 off $18=16.79 – $3mnfQ=$13.79 and since they all would be $2.77 each with the other CRT if I multiply 2.77 x 5 =$13.85 so would that be 6cents mm? Am I doing this right? That's without tax

Same problem today – crt for $3 off 10 L’Oreal hair care didn’t print at redbox and it’s gone from my account. I thought I had dropped it in store – then I remembered your post. Thanks for keeping us in the loop!
Some of my CRTs didn’t print also. And I got a double of the $4/18 shampoo one. My expiration dates are wonky too. Gonna check the clearance and will see if anything prints on my receipt. Such a good CVS deal week even with the glitch.
