I had the worst time this morning trying to use the Hershey Layer Crunch BOGO coupon. Firstly, my clip-to-card coupon didn't show and I had to have the manager check to see that I had it but that it wasn't pulling up. Then my cashier and the manager only wanted to give me 2.21 off, because they ring up as 3.79 and 2.21 instead of 3 and 3. The cashier told me it shouldn't be a big deal since I was getting a good deal. The manager grudgingly took the $3 off and left. Then, when I went to pay for everything (was also doing the Almay deal) I tried to use my extra bucks and the cashier told me I couldn't use the second one because it would put me negative (my total after my first ecb was 2.74 and I was using a $3 ECB), I told her that wasn't true and that it would bring me to $0, but she still wouldn't ring it and called the manager back up instead. (He told her the same thing I did) But I had her add the candy bar and 74 cent coupon so it would be even, but when she added them somehow my total went from 2.74 to $4-something. What the heck?!? I'm not really the type to get frustrated or push an issue, but man it was SO frustrating! I end up leaving the store feeling like scum.
