My mom keeps telling me I need to post another comment because she is so gracious. I didn’t get the liquid Tide and the Unstoppables because they were out of stock. I was looking at your video the whole time to make sure I was doing it right. My total amount was $6.94. The cashier was rude as hell and gave me a hard time. I had a free 360 mask on my card that expired today but she told me I didn’t have it on my digital coupons. I had sent it to my card 3 days ago. I had them on my app and showed her what was on my card. She said,” if they don’t pull up, they’re not there.” That’s not how the system works. You have to go one by one to figure out the coupons that are valued to the purchase. I worked for CVS when I was an intern so I know the system. She wouldn’t look at my digital coupons and was so incredibly rude. I told her, “you are incredibly rude. I worked for CVS for 2 years and I didn’t get any gratification with being rude. You’re older women. You needed help with your bedside manner.” She was speechless. I was treated so badly I called the manager, which I didn’t want to do but I was humiliated because of the other customers behind me. I had more coupons she didn’t apply to my purchase. I didn’t want to make a big deal out of it. This was my first time couponing. I can’t be more grateful to you. Thank you.☺️

Hey ! This was my first time couponing and it didn’t go as expected and I was so excited about it ! They didn’t have the the gain dryer sheet and my unstoppable digital coupon that I clipped didn’t work and the cvs guy was clueless about the coupons :/ hopefully next time it’ll be better !
