I recently started and went to cvs today for my first trip. I got some deals and extremely happy about them but I’m not happy that the red box wasn’t in our store. It was taken out cause it’s broken. I called customer service and was told that I didn’t get any CRTs because it’s a new account. Is that true? I really need some help.

For some reason star I didn’t get my 10 ECB for the eucerin even though I got the EXACT same one you did, and even checked online and it showed it as qualifying for the same spend deal. I went back to the store and the manager told me she couldn’t issue me a 10 ECB since it wasn’t on the ad or tags up on the sales floor. 😭 she told me to call CS so I’ll just do that and see

Hi Star thank you for your video. I have a simple question, how you give the coupons to the cashier? One/One, all of them, do you count before? I always have problems with them because the cashier sometimes forgot one or other, and my deals are ruined.

So if I have a CRT that says for example $2 off 2 (insert product here) I can use 2 of those CRTs (one from last week and one from this week) on purchasing just 2? Or is it similar to threshold CRTs where I would need to purchase 4 to use both?
