Does anyone had a problem with CVS this week? Me and husband did 2 transactions each last Wednesday Oct.7 and both of our accounts didn't track our beauty purchase so we both didn't get our beauty ecb… my husband supposedly get $9 beauty ecb and mine is $6 beauty ecb.
I got a bogo coupon for Babo bath tissue yesterday 10/9/2020, I did the deal last week and got $6 ecb… so I went to get my 2 Babo today and used my bogo coupon I got $6 ecb again. So I got 2 Babo for $0.99 plus tax.
I got a bogo on the Babo toilet paper and it gave me the $6 extra buck. But the coupon is only good for 2 days

They weren't tag at my store, but the manger was telling me about the $6 ecb back, my crt for the Scott deal didn't come off or $5 ecb didn't print ๐ง๐.

I got a $6 ECB on the purchase of the Babo toilet paper. I didn't know about it but the cashier told me and I went to get it and did the deal but that was last week not this week so maybe no longer working. I am in TN.

I never get any crts. I need help doing a deal
So I went and did my haul today, and none of my clipped CRTs came off and I didnโt notice till after I paid. I asked the cashier and she said there was nothing she could do. Any advice on what to do? Should I just return the items or try to call customer support?
I did the Babo deal last week and again this week and got extra bucks both times!
No babo tp here, my store is small i guess bc several items are not carried.

N the 2 that are still lil ๐ค,., Cvs is keeping us busy with all the CRT'S n ECBS Chick ๐ค๐ฅ๐… This is great ๐ when I get several/20, /12, and a save % on personal care purchase, Who Else got the save 40% on wet n wild ??๐ I'm saving mine n see wat happens next week, I also got a 3/12, any cosmetics, I'm using with 2 of the 5 off any loreal lip or eye cosmetics CRT'S, n get a free mascara to put me closer to another free CRT, I also got a 3/18 hair shampoo conditioner, or styler CRT, will the CRT go for the hair coloring or no? Does anyone know, probably not jus a random never know with CVS ๐ thought, n I'm still learning the ropes

I live in IL I did the deal last week and this week and got my 6 extrabucks for the babo tp. so is not a regional deal or monthly deal like some mentioned
Couponing with star advised that as long as you didnt get the babo the first week then it will print out this week. It's a one time extra buck. I was super excited because they were out of stock last week but then I got it this week!
You can only do the bamboo toilet deal once even if you did last week and you are using,,, if you want the same card it will not work,,,,
a silly question, why don't you just return the item(s) when a deal is not available or gas expired? (like with the Babo toilet paper) just wondering. thanks for all the great info

Ugh I am so upset I went to CVS bedore watching your video and bought 3 pantene using my $5 off coupon and missed out on getting $6 ecb ๐ New susbscriber.
I talked to a manager at another store today. He said that this week and last week are two different sales and you are supposed to get one 6 eco for this weeks sale. He said he called corporate and they said cvs computer is having a problem the deal didnโt reset and they are supposed to issue the 6 dollar extra care buck themselves. So have your store get in touch with corporate if they havenโt already before you do the deal if you have a stricter store.
