My $10.00 coupon beeped on Sunday. I bought all L'Oreal SkinCare, no Whole Blends. The shift lead CSR was able to override the coupon to work once she verified the products purchased. I'm in Cincinnati, Ohio.

I used my 10 off 30 crt, i bought the loreal hair color, maybelline mascara, garnier wipes and garnier mask. On my receipt the crt only applied to the loreal and the maybelline. Not garnier.
Hi I live in California did my $10 coupon on 6/18 bought the same things everyone else did. Everything else came off but the $10 dollar coupon. I explained to the assistant manager that this coupon was having problems all over the country. . He checked all my items with the add and then pushed it through.
My 10 off 30 didn’t work. And try didn’t push it through. I tried 3 times and nothing

I have one store that's the cheapest anywhere. The one up the street from it is max value pricing. It's crazy. Unfortunately the cheaper store is usually picked thru for shampoo and razors but if it's a great deal I'll just go to another store

I wait until the $10 off of $30 works. Then I give them the rest of my coupons. I just explain to them that it works for me when I do it this way and doing it any other way has given me problems and they are very understanding.
I’m i PA and $10 off won’t go through. I checked coupon policy right before I left for store like I saw in one of your videos. Manager told me it’s after all coupons and EBs. So I went back to shelf and bought $12 more worth of ever pure and still won’t go through and manager said the register is now set up that she can’t push anything through and there was nothing she could do about it. Thinking I’m going to find new CVS because she didn’t even want to help or make a suggestion on what she thought I could do about it.
yep lots of problems today. i watched this and decided not to try to use the instant coupon until later in the week but still do some deals. that didnt work out well either. i did the excedrin deal the prices where exactly the same as the video same coupons used but when they rang me up no $10 extrabuck printed and they said i was .53 from earning it. coupons i had on my app werent going through or werent going through or they said i coulnt use both a paper coupon plus an app coupon that im pretty sure were cvs coupons. some of them were expiring today too so very frusterating. the only thing that went through fine was my twizzlers and the venus razors.
I got 2 Maybelline, 2 Garnier masks and 2 Garnier towelettes…total was $30.74, after $8 in mfq..it was 22.74…the 10/30 didn't come off. A new manager was there and he said because I used "so many coupons" that it wouldn't attach.
I went ahead and bought the stuff with extra bucks because usually corporate will give it back in an ECB.
