Keep an eye on ibotta. I have been having a lot of issues with not getting what I was supposed to get. I put in 4-5 tickets last week that I wouldnβt have caught it unless I went back and checked it after finally getting approved.

The Colgate coupon just doesn't work. I used no ECBs and had to return them.
Can you give us an update on calling customer service regarding colgate toothpaste? I saw that the coupon didnβt come off & I came to watch your video & noticed you have the same situation. Donβt know if I should return or just call customer service..
Wish you luck with CVS customer service. It was fairly horrible the last time I had to deal with them last week. The store coupons did not fall off using the self checkout. Had to take the loss. Feels like CVS CS of old.

It would not let me get my 2/$7.98 deal because I had a $3 Colgate digital coupon on there and it wanted to use that one and not give the 2/$7.98… it's so aggravating!
Hi LuellenπI think your 10 off 70 lowered your Colgate price and then the 7.98 would be higher than the total of both tubes after the percentage was taken of. I donβt believe that the mfg coupons will ever be lowered
Go back and buy more free toothpaste!

I got a coupon for a free $5 cosmetic. I used it with my buy 2 covergirl, get $5 EB's. I got a lip product (getting it free) & an eye product. Because I got one free, it didn't give me the $5 EB. Was that right?
Hi, regarding your Colgate digital that didn't come off – ECBs always apply last after all CRTs and coupons. If there isn't enough value left in your subtotal, ECB will adjust down or kick out so that shouldn't have impacted your mfr coupon. Personally I wouldn't bother calling customer service and wasting your time. You can return the items without a receipt and rebuy with the digital coupon in a separate transaction to make sure it works. Thanks for your video and good luck!π€
Was going to use a 10 off 70 but it wouldn't let me because after everything came off I only owed $1.50. But that was ok because I got back 17 extra care bucks

They will definitely tell you that they have no control over digital manufacturer coupons and there's nothing they can do about it. I've call before about other cupons and they tell me the same thing.π€¦

I went to cvs around noon, just to grab the microstuff and the colgate, the cashier said I should ring up the colgate separately because that was the only way they had figured out how to get the coupon to come off, it worked, so I thanked him. he was the one who brought up the issue so………..
My store was tagged but nothing rang up sale price or prompted extra bucks it was horrible
