No restaurant is prefect.
In our old kitchen we had very many roaches too. We tried very hard, but it was impossible to get rid of them. And we even had a contract with a professional pest remover company, who always came, once in 6 months to clean up roaches with gas. But a couple of days later, new ones arrived from the catacombs of the building.

That's gross they need to be shut down the managers need to do more to keep that store clean safety comes first
