Discount Codes that Can Save Up to 50% off of the Hotel Room Rate #shorts

If you work a corporate job, you may have access to corporate discount codes, and they don't have to just be used for your work travel.
If you use these codes, be prepared to show some kind of ID, work email log in, etc., or else the front desk will remove the discount code and you'll pay the regular rate.
If you don't have access to these codes through your job, the "Going Awesome Places" blog also suggested saying you are consulting for the company and they passed along the code for you to use since you are billing them for your hotel rate. YMMV if you want to try this out for yourself. Data points suggest it works better outside of the US.
The great thing is that even if you get this discount, your stays will still generally qualify for elite nights, etc. if you're trying to earn status at the hotel!
Not every code works at every hotel, since many corporations have preferred properties for their employees.
