Man I wish we had your discount stores up here where we live in MN. Take your hoagie buns and make toasted sub sandwiches. I make up what we call the "funky butter", the same as you'd get at a Timber Lodge Steak House, and put that on the inside of the bun, they layer our deli meats and cheeses and then we wrap them up in foil and toss in the oven for about 20 mins or so at 350. and they go great with soup/salad/chips. They also be good for homemade Philly Cheese Steak Sandwiches..
You certainly have more willpower than I do in those discount stores! Love going on these trips with you!
