If your flight is at 4am i would say wait until after you land to tell them. That way they can go back to sleep on the plane and they wake up to an awesome suprise!
at my disney store they have red rope with a big lock and they give you a giant blue glittery antique style key to unlock the ropes and they give you a miniature replica its like 5 inches long and the teeth of the key is the disney castle

wow on my first day of kindergarten i did not want to wake up and go even though i was excited about being on the big yellow bus like the night before. and now i’m a sophomore in college. have fun with your kids because once they start school i think time starts to go much faster. i’m so excited for you to be going to disney!
