Hello I have a question? Whenever she pressed total I saw the instant savings however it would not let me put my phone number for the digital coupon so I asked her she said oh it’s because he has to be put in before it totals out so whenever I got my total it was $4.50 plus taxes and I am assuming it’s because I did not save the three dollars for instant savings so I wanted to ask you to see what I need to do or if you knew why it would not let me put in my phone number for the digital coupons after she had hit total

The febreze deal is NOT a glitch. They are on sale this week 2 for $5. The problem is the calculation in the computer system. Typically it would not matter if total was hit first. If the savings do not come off either way you need to ask the cashier for a price override and show the deal in the ad as employees may not know they are supposed to be on sale.
