Hope u can help me figured out how to do ….cuz we only have one DG store here We leaving on small town…..other stores far away from here like 1hr drive Any ways my question is if you know where us can call besides corporate Cuz look here we have lot a problems used digital coupons you know some time work n some not I'm a CNA I do home care take care fox a home I have this client she like to coupon a lot well sense this digital coupons stared come out Wen I go shopping for her she ask me to used for her grocerys witch is fine for ….but some time not working I done transactions take grocery recipes to her wen she not like total cost cuz coupons not work she ask to return the stuff …I just manager got tired 😴 of m effort return stuff couples time …the last time I went to return some downy I used paper coupons supposed to more easy well she keep my coupons but my receipt don't show I notice sense she give the total but sense I have line customer behind me I don't feel like make this ppl wait I paid went out check my receipt n came in n ask did she can explained me where show apply the mq she look real mad ….and this what she said well this is not that right bottle to apply this coupon …ok I said them why you keep the coupon ……OMG she exploded and and said I'm tired of you always complain about everything give but reputación a my store bla bla bla ….I said excuse me….what u talking about I just trying to getting deals you guys offered and the last min….everything go different….she stared pointing me and keep getting more mad she is a pregnant Ladie ….I told her plz quiet point me I don't like ppl pointing ☝️ me ….she drop me my coupon my money and told me this….get off …….my stores and never come back I got my stuff n stared walk out cuz I see customer stared come in…. so I call corporate make report they supposed contact me I guess they said district manager ….this happen most a month ago….and never contact me ….🤔🙀
