My dg store is no longer taking the printed coupons
Living in a smaller town the dollar general is a little far and the paper receipt doesn’t give a paper 5 off 25. And the full time cashier that’s there is not very nice or customer service friendly. She makes you put in your number at the very beginning and the cash register is always right and no adjustments get made. So going in there with the break downs and all the kind of coupons may not match with what the register total is and you pay what the register rings up. I’ll leave it at that. I don’t understand why the Dollar General computer system doesn’t work the same everywhere, very frustrating to watch videos and it not work out like it does for others.

People at stores have just gotten SO RUDE. I have had people walk over me to get stuff and jump the line at the registers. What has happened to “waiting your turn”??? I don’t have the patience for it and I end up getting into arguments with people…ugh…I dread going in stores now cause it seems like everytime I go shopping, it happens…

Thank You. You did a great job considering the interferences. I'm starting back at Dollar General again. They lost my business for the last 2 years over the employees lack of knowledge of their OWN coupon policy. I just boycotted them. It was multiple times with multiple issues. I slowly going back. I haven't had any problems SO FAR. Maybe they have done some training in my store.

I'm so sorry that happened. A few weeks ago shopping at the DG down the street with my 9 year old an employee pretty much elbowed my child walking by us. Also I was told to put my drawstring backpack purse behind their counter. I called and complained. It's not in their policy for me to hand over my belongings to them. I quit going there and I'm just about done with all of them. 🙁 I want those deals so bad but it's not worth my kid getting elbowed and me having to humiliated by employees.
