Americans have a choice.  Remain Greedy & Prep, or remove the Democrats & Republicans from office.  A bunch of greedy Republicans & Democrats prepping video just drive up the value of the stocks owned by the Greedy.

Thanks for posting.  I haven't prepped lighter fluid.  Chapstick and vaseline are in my preps, since chapped lips make me go insane. I haven't gotten canned potatoes since sacks of potatoes are so cheap and also you can plant chunks with "eyes" and grow more.  But in winter, having some potatoes and mixed vegetables is a great idea.  I've seen several of your posts, but may have missed any if you posted about medical items.  I took a three day campout with my daughter and realized how SOL we would be if we didn't have: allergy pills, Tylenol, Ibuprofen, Aspirin, Vaseline, lotion (not luxury when your skin is so dry it bleeds), antibiotic ointment, cortisone, anti-diarrhea meds, hand sanitizer, rubbing alcohol, hydrogen peroxide, bar soap, liquid soap, bandaids, clean dry clothes, clean dry changes of shoes and socks, rain ponchos, etc.  First night, I had an allergic reaction to mold.  Then we got bug bites and minor abrasions.  I twisted my ankle and limped for two days, so an ace bandage and Tylenol/Ibuprofen would have been really nice.  I did pack hot hands (packs you shake and they warm up), which was really nice for our hands and in our sleeping bags.  You might have these in your preps already, but if not they are smart to add.  Also, if you haven't already add a multi-vitamin.  Keep up your posts, you are doing great!  Seeing other people's posts keeps me motivated.

I have a question…do you worry about keeping all that plastic around with the BPA issues? I know I have tried cutting down on what plastic I buy and have been working on getting rid of the old crap plastic I have.
