Molly Mathiason says:

Good point but I don't me that your videos

Derik Penman says:

Sort of the same thing Kmart did.

Aubreykun says:

Couple months late but it bears mentioning for any liquidation sale – it's a fantastic opportunity to buy the commercial-grade items. The larger fixtures can be a good deal for people in a business or with the space to set them up in a garage or large shed/workshop as shelving, and the smaller ones (end racks with clips for carded items, magazine racks, etc) can be decent, child-and-pet-proof additions to a home, with or without a coat of paint. As these are the least-desirable items bargain hunters will go for they tend to creep deep into the discounts, going below some consumer-grade items in price.

Unknown User says:

The reason why Wal-Mart and Amazon is making a killing because they allow to sell products that they don’t sell which makes easy access to sell fake toys from China and illegal immigrants putting up illegal factories here in the USA and why is it here in nyc almost all illegal immigrants is making a killing in money owning a store and running a business illegally most stuff they sell is not made in the USA when I went to wholesale I barely any Americans buying products all run by Arabics Chinese and Jews nearly all business something wrong there not only that 1) Amazon pays "little or no taxes to state & local governments," 2) Amazon's relationship with the US Post Office causes "tremendous loss" to the United States and 3) Amazon is "putting many thousands of retailers out of business."

No im a toys r us kid

Aaron Joslin says:

Toys R Us has been digging their own grave for a while now! When I was a kid it was fun!!! Now ( just an adult kid) it's a sad pathetic depressing place to walk into…. Like it's own graveyard of toys when you walk in, no excitement…. They never showed a sign of progression, not in my eyes anyway… Why not have Lego/ build clubs.. some form of events / work shops / clubs IN STORE that was exciting and really had kids desires to get off the game console and go to TRU to meet their friends or new ones apart of the TRU events (or?) I think a lot of that type stuff could have kept them out of a lot of trouble but they refused to adapt and innovate to the times….. As far as liquidation – I had the opportunity to shop one of the original closing stores from just the bankruptcy restructure closures ( before they made the call to close all stores) The sales were good.. really good 60-70% off + that off already clearance items…! I ended up loading up 2 days worth of shopping and a ton of profitable products and all got processed into my inventory & shipped straight off to Amazon! I just see opportunity. If it's not there I got no time to complain about it, just move on!

cafeconlechegrl says:

Do you know if Buy Buy Baby/Bed Bath Beyond will open more stores???

Dennis S says:

Toys R us sells crap nobody needs that's why they are out of business.

Josh.0 says:

Some things are worth purchasing even with the crappy sales at the beginning. There are a lot of Toys R Us exclusive toys that, once they are all sold out, will immediately be unavailable anywhere anymore. Prices on those items should skyrocket, and you should be able to make a good profit on eBay or wherever even if you paid close to full price on it. This probably isn't true for all TRU exclusive toys, but I would think it's definitely true for some.

Jobelle Collie says:

I bet they are moving stock from certain stores to consolidate all inventory. Heard Amazon is looking to buy old stores. Amazon hubs. I haven’t been in a T R Us in decades! Did my children have all the latest toys and gizmos? Yes. But I had military bases as my main shopping place. Now that I’m a Bubbie (Jewish Grandmother) there are a few toy brands I’ve fallen in love with. Melissa and Doug, Manhattan Toy Company and Jellycat plush toys. But I still buy gold and precious gems for my granddaughter. I also put $1,000 per month in her savings account for her allowance. My “poor” children only got $800 per month, until college age, when I bumped it up to $1,500 per month. Their “job” was to get an education, not work. They DID have jobs when schools were closed between semesters. Why wait until I’m dead to get their inheritance? This way I can see them enjoy themselves. A bonus to any parent, happy children.

Dan says:

Nobody should buy it till its down to 80 percent and higher.

Paul Keating says:

If I were TRU I’d sell it all on Amazon or the like under a different name, screw giving out discounts like that.

TWDxKILL3R says:

I used to be addicted to those Walking Dead action figures, but they stopped selling them. It broke me from the habit

girl d boro says:

Well, that would be Walmart.
