Love vapenw never had a problem with them order a lot of stuff all the time pretty sure it was your cool you just needed to replace it sometimes the O-rings bust on them
you need to realize that if they tell you to change the coil maybe its the coil thats defective or maybe its a common problem with the tank, dont get mad for them wanting proof, its way too easy for scams to happen without it, if nothing works at all and you cant get it replaced or refunded then maybe you shouldve read their policies, i understand why you would want to make this video but next time just dont use the site anymore, and write a review,
I owned the same mod, your problem isn't the coil or tank or the mod you're setting it down wrong and not sealing the air flow when you do it. The Rx 75 uses atmospheric pressure to keep the juice from leaking when you lay it sideways the juice is going to pour out like water. Its a really solid mod you just have to be aware of how the tank functions.
VapeNW stands for Vape North West. They are one of my go to online vape stores, its sad that the customer service rep was unaware of how the tank functioned but it sounds like they tried to actually assist you despite their inability to refund/replace the mod.
The reason they asked about changing the coil is because that is most likely the problem. Vapenw doesn't open the kit as it comes sealed. This means they don't have much to do if the coil isn't seated properly. I've bought a ton of gear from vapenw, I've had trouble with every tank I've owned. Like the tvf4, aspire clieto, and my most recent pro color with the baby beast tank. Some tanks leak if you don't have the coil placed properly, I looked up the tank you're using and it's Wismecs fault, you probably don't have the tanks put together right or a seal is not secure etc. My new baby beast tank leaked but that's expected with tanks, do your research and you might have to mess with it in some way or screw something down tight etc to make it work properly. Are you closing the air flow when filling the tank, almost every tank will leak if you don't do that. I used to have this problem with my tvf4 in fact I never used it because I wasn't educated at the time to realize it was my own user error. Long and short, some tanks fucking suck. Most tanks leaks or have some issue, very rarely do I find a tank that is perfect. Try a Uwell Crown 3, that's a solid tank for sub ohms. Most smok tanks leak like this they are finicky little things that take some know how to figure out the problem, and that you have to do some assembly and get the seals fit properly or else it won't work right. Just my two cents, I live like 10 minutes from nwvape, they used to have a store front, it was an amazing shop in this area, and I've never had an issue with them. Some tanks just suck!
I've had nothing but great customer service from them. I've had 2 mods replaced by them and received full credit for both of them. Did you check the coil? I've had a coil o ring break and makes it leak. No biggy

Those type of problems suck I'm sure but I order most of my tanks and mods from them n haven't had a single issue BUUUTTTTT I have called them b4 and who ever answered the phone had no clue…crazy how u can have such a company n hire dumb fuks
ive used them for years never once had a problem that was unsolved at one point last year they were also my wholesaler. i never dealt with them through email though only on the phone. they are under new management. that could be whats wrong new management is bad since after the fire and lost everything. Had a bad customer service experience with VapeNW myself today. Several months ago when I started vaping I ordered my device and a 5 pack of replacement coils. The device and coils were delivered as ordered and I was satisfied with my purchase. Since my initial purchase I have reordered coils twice and both times I was satisfied with my purchase. Today however when I went to order coils the option for first class mail shipping was no longer available and only priority 2-day shipping was the only option. Essentially they are forcing me to pay $7 shipping on a $9 order of a 5 pack of coils. Customer service responded saying that first class mail isn't an option on orders that weigh more than a pound even though it was an option on all 3 of my previous orders including the initial order which contained the coils plus the device. Seems like they are trying to build in some additional profit by overcharging for shipping and they lost a customer because of it.
The reason they said change the coil is because some coils can be defective. If you change the coil it can keep it from leaking. Also, I have dealt with VapeNW alot and they are some of the best people I have ever dealt with. Going through ebay or amazon is where you will end up dealing with people trying to sell fakes a legitimate items. Also, ebay and amazon do over price things.
well, you should never lay any tank that takes coils on its side ,some coils are defective not enough cotton layers in themor just a faulty batch ..If they replaced every leaky tank or coils with new item they would go out of business. stop whining and go to a local vape store to buy your stuff ,you will get a much better customer support
Coils can have defects it was your coil that's why they wanted you to change it or you weren't using enough vg you could have resolved your problem but you refused to change the coil for 2 minutes just to see if that was the problem
i ordered a smok alien from vapenw and it came cake and ive never had a problem
I own a vape shop and although we do take items back usually with very few questions asked, I completely understand why they asked you if you changed the coil. Just by you showing your mod I know the exact issue with it. The coil wasn't seated correctly or the rubber washer at its base was slightly ajar/damaged causing juice to run through the airflow…
I'm not trying to bash you but that's not really a difficult issue to fix especially because most kits come with a replacement coil that you could easily seat into the connector.
Anyways, they should have better support that could have walked you through a fix. That being said your mod is most likely fine if you want to use it. just clean the juice off it, unscrew and re-seat the coil or replace the coil.
Most coils that come with tanks are B grade, not A grade (which come in packs).
Youre just a bitch who throws a fit when they dont get their way 😀
Thanks. Close call, I just reviewed their website and made a purchase after seeing some other stuff online about the particular vape I was gonna buy. And I saw they only did store credit!!! Quickly called bank and shut that ** down. Wew….. f*** that place.
I have been vaping for 3 years and 99% of the time a tank leaks is user error.It could be your coil is to tight or to lose.It could be the type of juice your using (thin) lots of PG.I have also seen 90% of the problems is the way your vaping.See if you go to inhale on your tank and press your button then when you feel like your done on your pull you could have inhaled 1-2 sec more without pressing on your button which draws juice into the coil then does not get vaped so your flooding your tank seen it over and over.Also ya you might have had a bad coil it happens.The cotton in the coil may not be wicked right and that happens a lot you see bad coils all the timeI i buy lots of coils and out of every 20 coils you might get 1-2 bad ones that is not nws fault that's a qc issue.So what you have to change a coil that's the bad thing about tanks.You use a rda and you will never have this issue.If your going to use tanks do your research first.Also everyone who vapes knows you don't put your device down on its side your just asking for leaks cause they made to sit upright when your not vaping on it.I can see your new to vaping or have not been vaping for very long and don't know your stuff.So you have to change a bad coil that's just part of the shit when vaping on a tank.Trust me I have went through my shit with tanks so many times that I just wanted to throw it out the window.If you don't like changing coils then why did you buy a tank.I use rda,s and tanks still but I know what the do,s and don't,s are with tanks.There is no perfect tank out there yet but maybe someday lol.Your faulting nw for no good reason.Next time do your research and watch some reviews on the product your about to buy trust me its worth the time.
just to let you know some coils are defective and leak right off the bat doesn't mean it's the tank I've bought a 5 pack of coils and 2 out of 3 of them leak doesn't mean that the company I bought them from should give me my money back at all

I had the complete opposite experience with vapenw. I got a smok TFV4 tank that leaked just like this and I called and they said they would send me another TFV4 tank (I didn't even ask) and they did just that. Fast shipping too! They also said they sent me another one because I made the complaint 48 hours after receiving it.
Thats not vapenw problem. I never had problems with vapenw i love it. You need to try all your options so change your coil or try other stuff
Nothing but good things to say about VapeNW. Coils and tanks are generally not covered by the site, you have to go through the manufacturer. Also, you must be new to vaping, cause premade coils are totally hit or miss.
