This is confusing. One one hand you need to be part of the property redress sheme and Insurance so clients will trust you with their money. Now its not clear whether you need any of the red tape at all without having to wait for the next closest crash course, all because of a different Sic code. Was about to buy the lot this week. Obviously its more legit if you have insurance and are part of the redress scheme so its not clear what you are saying. Please elaborate..
So what do we do if we wna do all of the above? Is it not possible inside one company wrapper?

If you are a deal sourcer using 82990 then decide to buy your own property, 68100, or 68209 do a rent 2 rent should you keep changing your sic code depending on which strategy you are using?
Does the business support not contradict what HMRC says re: Estate agent activities = 'Introduce your customer to a third party who wants to buy, sell or let an interest in land'?

What is the right SIC code as a landlord that has a company set up to get rent from appointed letting agents ?
Samuel, in some video you told about deal sourcing, that is required money antilaundering, redres scheme, insurance…..so this video is compketely opposite or i don't understand something🤔🤔🤔
You dont know what you dont know. I didnt even know sic codes exist. Im learning so much from these videos. Cant wait to do the day course on saturday and come back for the Academy

The real question is why let the Gov know what you're upto in the first place, they're a set of crooks! Don't pay into their system which funds wars and genocide! If you pay income tax or corporation tax or any tax whatsoever you are complicit in evil doing. Just be a good landlord and keep the government out of your business affairs.
