Since I have been driving for awhile, I ran across a few things that I thought would be useful to share with customers. These are tips for DoorDash customers that will help make their experience much better. Yea can you explain what does food warmer is?
Perfect video! That last part is a big deal to me, since I've experienced it. A customer commented that it took a very long time, she ordered 830pm and I delivered at 10pm I tried to tell her if other drivers declined the order it takes longer but she didn't seem to understand. Our rating should solely be on if we got it to them in "one piece" if stuff is everywhere in the bag or spilled or no straws/napkins/condiments by all means rate me accordingly but if I put napkins utensils/condiments/straw and sent you a text saying I'm on my way and how long till I'm there, I think I've done all I can to deserve that rating.
One last thing, doordash should enable tipping after the fact so when they rate they can say consider tipping again and customer can add to it. I used a shopping app once and when I rated the delivery person (who also does the shopping) tipping option was there again so I added a few dollars since my produce and everything was perfect. Sorry for the lengthy comment!
