Name brand is better tasting most of the time. Store brands are far inferior to name brand. To me, there is a huge difference in taste. But this is just me.
Most generics are fine, but with many there is a distinct taste difference. Sometimes the brand is better but sometimes the generic has a better taste. Get cheaper on the things you can tolerate the generic brand but don't skimp on flavor just to save a buck. Poor tasting food isn't a bargin.
This is the first time seeing your videos…I’ve scrolled through a few so far, I love the information and I really, really enjoy the calm tone of your voice…thank you for not yelling at as 😊😁🥰
I always look at price first but I've been buying generic for decades. Only items I won't buy generic is dish soap and laundry detergent. I find the generic brands for these don't suds up as well and I end up using more product
Try to buy all your dry food staples at daller tree store,s, that's what I do and it helps me so much. I have 3 men to feed.
Frozen Food is best to save money while staying healthy.
You have to watch what you buy generic. Sometimes it tastes very different. And also the nutrition label varies big time. 😳

I 9/10 buy generic but velveta, I buy bags of noodles/shells and the single serve packets of velveta cheese sauce. 1/2 the cost.
I will not buy generic macaroni, big difference
Mostly yes. They don't all always taste the same. I've tried the Walmart equivalent of Philadelphia cream cheese. Nope. Not good

Always check the ingredients, generic or store brands sometimes have additives
Are there really people out there that don't know that generic is cheaper and is usually made by the name brand companies?
Oh my god this is so true.
In My Country month before we finish in school we have an interesting curse named the right budgeting.
In that we learned things we should know when we earn our own money.
One bsp.
In My Country there is a famous brand for cloth washing things. It is like every where and extremely pricey for its quality.
But we learned in this curse that the same Firma also produce a way cheaper house brand of the literally same product.
Since the moment I realized that I told that at home and since then we safe so much money.
It is a really interesting topic who many firms produce such things and foul us.
