Are your shopkicks higher? On the Johnson essentials I show 250 for the receipt kicks which times 0.004 so its a $1 back right or am I figuring it up wrong?

Shopkick has pulled some sketchy stuff these past few weeks. I scanned the slow mag and the expensive Colgate. The scan kicks worked fine. It was showing 800 kicks on the slow mag and 500 kicks on the Colgate. When I went to submit, it gave me 80 kicks for the slow mag and 200 for the Colgate. I sent in a ticket. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME THEY SAID NO ON AWARDING ME THE KICKS.!!!! I even sent screenshots of it STILL showing 500 Colgate/800 slow mag. I told the lady via email that that was deceptive and bad business. Here is the expectation in her response: In order for us to assure the appropriate kicks, we have to basically pretend that we are going to submit for our kicks to assure that the kicks amount is showing properly. WE…….WE have to make sure prior to purchasing the product. If the buy kicks are not as they should be when we go to submit, then don’t buy the product!!!!! That is not very user friendly and is a deceptive business practice. I really like shop kick but over the last few months, I have not had one receipt that I haven’t had to submit a ticket on. I see a slow death of the app in the future. I will cash out once this weekends kicks are finished processing and try not to use the app for a bit to see if this stuff resolves. I’d hate to, but I may delete the app all together. I’m not very interested in a 10 step process and a waiting game for apps!

Those apps, while mostly good , also stick us w/ cost on items we wouldn't even buy otherwise. We've all been there,Bummer for sure! Sorry Nick

Shopkick is being extremely sneaky…I see one amount on the main page, but click submit and there are several offers with different amounts.

To add to your Unilever email info, they actually reset. Like 6 months down the road, you might be able to go back to that email and print them again.
