This is same as reservation system. They want customer without improving their service and quality. Every country thinks of moving forward but this way India seems to moving backward. This government has lost at least one vote, that is mine.

Offline retailers can register their shop on eCommerce business.
We are Consumers , we need discount.
Offline retailers have their different charges (electric city , carrying cost like ) that they include in their price.
Offline retail don't have return policy.
This is bad.
