My dad is a veteran and I've always been so proud of him and thankful for his sacrifice to ensure the safety of his family and country by serving the U.S military for 6 years. Not seeing him for months on end and praying for his safe return was no laughing matter and nothing entertaining about it either. So if that viral video was indeed "staged" it would've been best to "let sleeping dogs lie" instead of making it more of a viral sensation for the sake of entertainment

Some fast food restaurants do offer a military discount so your assumption that the video is staged based on that line of thinking is flawed.
