how do you know when items are at their lowest price?

Awesome vid!

I don't agree on your definition for the catalinas. The ones I always get are for "x"amount off of a particular item, not "x" amount off of your next order. Like today, I go to target, I used a catalina for mouth wash for a $1 off of it. When I was done, given my receipt and another catalina for that same mouth wash. That's how they get printed out here in Va.

Thank you it helped

Wow! I didn't know that…that sucks 🙁
Why do that? Seems extreme. The coupons already say whether or not there's a limit. If they want to limit, why not limit the number someone can use in one shopping trip?

Thanks for the wonderful information, I'm new at the couponing and already can see a diffrence at the register. My last trip I saved $37 with only $1.24 out of pocket…
