Hello. Thank you so much for the breakdown. I have a question. Is 98% rule also apply to coupon? For example i have a $4 off $12 crt if my total only $11.79 which is more than 98% will the crt come off??
First time I ever got l'oreal mositurizer crts and i failed completely π i tried the spend $30 crt get 10 gc and i got the wrong one! It counted for another deal i got 4 ecb smh π©
