Hey I'm new to couponing. I like your channel and I appreciate all that you do. I experienced the same thing, they wouldn't take $5 off $25. My subtotal was $13.65 plus tax. I think the cashier forgot to scan one of my items, maybe that's why it didn't come off. Still a great deal. Thank you so much!!!
I just took you in the store with me. And the deal didn’t work and the lady was so nasty with me. Subtotal was 25.65 and sue said that wasn’t enough over 25.

Has anyone ever had this problem before? I was just in @ family dollar and my total was $26 and some change. All the coupons came off but the $5/$25 didn't. She said it won't come off because the total has to be $25 AFTER all other coupons and discounts and it's always been that way, although I've never had a problem until today. And I read the coupon on the app and that's what it said.

Last time i was in there the app scan thing didnt work on anything i was gonna get so i just ended up leaving
I went to family dollar and bought nothing but toilet paper. I checked the prices over and over to make sure I had come to over $25.00 worth of stuff. The cashier was very rude and didn't give me time to put in my number because she was too busy talking about the "quality of the people that come in here" (yeah literally was putting down the customers). I explained the 5 off 25 didn't come off and that she didn't give me time to put in my phone number. She let me put my phone number in and the 5 off 25 still didn't come off. She called the manager over and he said it was because my digitals brought the amount down under $25. This has never happened to me before. I think if she would have given me time to put my number in instead of talking about people and hitting total while I was putting my number in this transaction would have given me the proper amount of money off. Never the less, I ran and grabbed some more toilet paper to bring the total up even more. I mean, what do you do? p.s. I did not use paper coupons at all. I had clipped 5 off 25, and a couple digitals on scott and quilted northern. Original total $25.75 before coupons
I did this but they didn’t want to give me the 5 off of 25 because my items didn’t equal to 25 after coupons. 😢
I’m so disappointed with my local Family Dollar. Every time I go a couple of my digital coupons don’t go thru. The cashier is never willing to work with me. Even after I show them my coupons are available in the App.
