Great advice, we've been doing it for years (it's sometimes a bit hard to track down the hotel's phone number – some of the OTAs don't provide it on their site!). Technical question: do we have to subscribe EVERY time we watch one of your videos? I'd just assumed that having done it once was enough, but this video 'allowed' me to 'subscribe', so I'm wondering if I'm actually permanently signed up…
