Do you actually get the overage? At food basics the other day I got the bologna and used the $2.50 off coupon but it was on sale for $1.99 so at first the cashier lady told me I couldnt use it on that size, she called someone over and he said just to take off the $1.99, so I didn't end up getting any overage.
