I was loving Brandclub until today. Of course I purchased items for $19.75 in locked surveys and nothing credited. I added my receipts to Walmart too even though I used Walmart pay and I synced 3 times. It’s like it’s not finding any of my 3 receipts from today. I emailed Brandclub but got the “wait 5-15 days” story.
Experienced the other hiccups too…items not triggering rewards to unlock is frustrating…Like the Applegate chicken triggered unlocking the reward but the Applegate corn dogs did not.
Great haul. Will be glad when brandclub becomes available for Android. Thanks for sharing

Christina, I opened the Brandclub App. They never gave me the friend referral $10, I used the referral my daughter sent me. I did three Surveys, that same day I went to buy the items at Walmart and they didn't give me the money either. I synced several times and nothing. I wrote to the customer service and one Alex answered me by email that they did not find the referred friend nor the items I bought. That if in 15 days I did not receive the reward that they contacted them again. It was very disappointed for me, I deleted the App, since as new to couponing I don't know how to deal with situations like that.
Not a fan of BrandCLub so far. You have been awesome but the app just doesn't seem to recognize my purchases…..gonna give it a little more time.

Brandclub told me that I don’t use my accounts enough for them to use it which is kind of irritating…I go at least once a week to the stores
How do I find the surveys to take on Brandclub? I’m not seeing any surveys

Thanks Christina. Brand club has been giving me issues since I downloaded it. Haven’t been able to get anything to work. I have contacted customer support but still haven’t heard back from them yet. Maybe I’ll just wait a while for them to get their app together and try again. They need to get their issues fixed or they will lose customers.

Have you run into any issues with buying something you think will work for Brandclub and then it doesn’t give you the points for the survey? I’ve had it happen a couple of times and I wasn’t sure if there was anything I could do about it.
