Most companies in Canada don't send coupons, they will just respond that they are sent to the grocery stores. Which is how I get most of my coupons. As I walk through isles I see them. They only time that I've received really good coupons and coupons for free products is from complaints that I've submitted. The USA have far better coupons than we do. Even the print ones arent that great and the coupons available are based on where you live. I've been doing this for years. Yes it's better to keep track of who you contact.
