To be honest, all of your videos are worth of million dollars, as those helped me a lot in every possible way. Literally, Thanks a lot.
But here's one of my suggestions and I think you'll take it into concern.
That is, if it's possible try to change your channel logo and set a professional one. Because sometimes it gives me a sense of unreliable that I don't want to happen with you.
Otherwise keep your original photo instead of the vector image(it's kind of unappealing)
