Fetch has definitely changed what they've been doing. A cvs fetch receipt is an absolute nightmare. They count those tiny numbers to the left of the price as the total. I even emailed customer service and asked them why they thought that the price of shampoo would be .00 or .99
They sent me a form letter about coupons and extra bucks.
I sent them back that it has never been that way before. They sent me the same exact form letter in pink font. I guess to show they mean business. Hardly worth using fetch for cvs because I have to correct the receipt five or ten times and there's no guarantee I can make anyone understand that extrabucks are cash to cvs customers and also that no original price is ever zero
Same thing happened to me on fetch, I’ve always gotten the points before coupons and now it’s after which is annoying cause I got some things at cvs and you know we use ecbs to lower our oop well my total after coupons, ecbs was like 96 cents so I only received credit for like 43 cents 😑

I printed the U By Kotex printable coupons and they would not scan! Same thing…cashier said I can’t use them. Bummer because of the time it took to sign up and print was all for nothing. 😂

IContact and I bought regarding the same thing as I also placed a online Walgreens order and they said there is a 75 day pending. But as long as I place my order within the time period of the bonus then I should get that credited after the 75 days.

I love SK but sometimes its frustrating cause of receipts. I did the suave, tresemme, Dove bundle, scanned, purchased all items, but on my receipt I didn't notice til I got home that the tresemme rang up as "conditioner" it didn't say tresemme and I guess they have to see that specific wording, cause they rejected it. Everything else went through. I guess I wont be getting the kicks.
I usually correct the amount of the products under correct receipt and they correct it for me! Great haul! 👏🏽
