Recently I bought a bag of chips called Funyuns from Frito-Lay only to find there were 5 chips. I called Frito-Lay and asked about how this could happen and they explained the prices and they offered me some replacement coupons which I have received in the mail today. I am happy with their customer service and like with all complains there is gonna be technical issues where you may receive a little less or a little more product than specified in the package. The air i the bags is to help keep the chips from being crushed and helps keep them fresh. The products are sold by weight and not by chip count.

I retired from Frito-Lay after working there for 31 years. I think this video, and the one he made before this one are great PR for Frito. Even though it was a bogus call complaint, the gal was kind and courteous and sent him coupons that were worth more than three times the money he spent on the product, plus he got to eat the product (the correct amount, I would think) as well. GOOD JOB FRITO!!

What problem needed to be solved? The problem of you being too busy to check the weight of the product? Or is the problem that you're a typical self entitled consumer? Maybe they should just send you a cheque for eating their product.

I had to call Jimi dean because the sausage I bought was twitsed on the end like they always are, but if you look close you can see raw pork on the out side of the package. Knowing that pork has to be handeled a certain way, I called. They sent me 3-4 coupons for FREE sausage. Call em up if you like sauseage. They will ask for info on your purchase so make sure to actualy buy their product before making the most obviouse complaint ever. Something they realy should take under concideration.

They were very responsive and helpful. Maybe I will travel to a Frito-Lay factory do a factory tour if they allow such thing there. Might have to convinced them that it is for educational purposes and I am not some corporate spy for some competing chip company trying to record their internal operational secrets. Just want to record how their QC lab works and how their machines work. Guess their main concern would be generic brands they manufacture for being compromised and ingredients as well.

Just trying to figure out why the comments are messing up.
My dad does not copy videos. He makes family videos with me and my sister and he makes his own videos. He makes commentary, comedy skits, and how-to videos. If you see a video like his then someone is copying him. My dad has his own channel called kd4sai and he mainly posts his vides there and sometimes videos we made for our main all4tubekids channel.
Copy who's videos? Do you even know who that man is? Why would a former FBI agent do anything unethical such as copying other people's videos? Your channel name is all4tubekidslover and you insult all4tubekdis father. What kind of respect is that? I know him personally since I met him at 5 youtube gatherings with his kids.
He is also a Google corporate business partner. You simple starting trouble will only get you banned.
