Hope all is well, fyi so you know peeing out ketones doesn't actually tell you if your in Ketosis… It tells you your peeing out ketones. It actually takes blood to clearly tell when keto adapted. People think you can be in Ketosis in two weeks however it takes alot longer to be keto adapt and to burn ketones as the fule sorce.
