After eating out almost everyday for the last month, I decided to cut back in a major way. Let’s see if I can plan 3 meals a day with absolutely no coupons and only $10. I decided to try this at Aldi. The prices are reasonable and since Aldi doesn’t accept coupons I wouldn’t be tempted to use any. I had a ton of fun doing this. If you find it necessary, you can also visit a local food bank! The one I volunteer at normally has a LOT of meat. We have been in a position in the past where we needed to get a food box from the pantry, and been able to take that plus $5 at Aldi and eat for two weeks for myself and my boyfriend. ๐Ÿ’•

Eggs, canned oatmeal, peanut butter, bread, chicken, canned veggies. For breakfast you could have oatmeal mixed with peanut butter, eggs and toast, or peanut butter toast. Lunch could be peanut butter sandwich, and dinner is chicken and veggies. You might even have money leftover for spaghetti and sauce.
