Sure it "costs less" if you buy two but the each price is still less than what you would pay for 2
i see no issue with them. if you want multiple of the product, great, you get a discount. if you only want one, then also great, you’ll just pay the same price you usually would.
Places like Publix still gives you it at a discounted price
