Bruce eats two bananas a day. Why! Because he has really bad leg cramps other wise at night. So with that being said and getting up at
330 am and gets home some times 530 pm he does not need leg cramps.

That was a great haul .
Whole foods has very very good sales and I will shop a sale there occasionally. But you better tell them that what you've got is not organic or you're going to be charged for organic. I had to go back one day with my butternut squash to get quite a bit of money back. :-). Speaking of butternut squash I had a butternut squash and an acorn squash in my kitchen for 4 years and it was still just as good as the day I purchased it! π
I adore that dog and I would get one but I don't think my cat George would be very happy with me or the dog!
Bananas aren't known for being very high in potassium and neither are oranges but the highest potassium foods that we have are Beans or legumes that are high in potassium include:
Lima beans.
Pinto beans.
Kidney beans.
Soybeans.
Lentils.
Potatoes
Someone came to see me tonight who was never seen my new house that I purchased. He looked in the pantry which is a walking room with a closet and two freezers and he said you don't have to buy any food for 2 years! π I said yeah well I need to buy vegetables and milk and bread if I don't make it and I can't make it right now because of my hands. I have very crippled hands from nerve damage but last night I made grits and I couldn't feel the part and I burned the inside of my entire left hand. So I'm not making bread until that doesn't hurt anymore!
The brown Berry brand is Arnold in my area. I have always lived in the state with the highest grocery prices in the nation and now it's over the top. You want a box of a pound of dark brown sugar it's $10! I bought molasses and sugar that's all it is and I know how to make my own! It cost less than that one pound box of brown sugar and I could go on and on.
Found chicken thighs for 1,59 lb. so excited not been that in a while. was little over $9.00

I bet the bananas help with the night cramps because hey contain magnesium, my husband used to suffer terribly with night cramps until I put him on a magnesium supplement.

If you ever decide to make your own softener a good recipe is 3 cups white vinegar, 3 cups water and 1 bottle of Suave Rosemary and mint conditioner. I mix it all up and keep it in a beverage dispenser with a spout on the counter in my laundry room. Itβs wonderful stuff and Iβve noticed my washing machine does not smell musty now that Iβve started using it.

Hey, I love hamburger helper. Not all of them, but some. My favorite is chili macaroni. I havenβt made it for years. Too high in sodium. I pay $1.99 lb for butter at Kiki Trip.

That oat milk would be delicious in a smoothie with the banana. Also, you can make your own oat milk.
