Problem is….some of these foods way too high in salt and nitrates
If you have leftover hot dog buns & either have stuff on hand to make meatballs or buy the big frozen bag of ready made meatballs, just fry up (or air fry works great too) some of the meatballs, once browned, put in some warmed up marinara or spaghetti sauce (heck even pizza sauce lol) & toast in the air fryer/oven with or without cheese. Once cheese is to your favorite melty doneness, eat up!!! SO SO SO GOOD!!!!
I love the budgeting but I won’t lie,, I get scared of the processed and artificial foods, colors, etc that is put into the cheaper food,, any recommendations for that? I love organic and pasture raised eggs meats and all that stuff, but also want to budget. Ughhhhh anyone any tips??

This is an awesome budgeted week of meals however I didnt notice any vegetables in your haul. Do you usually buy vegetables anywhere else?
Sausage gravy. Cook your sausage, take it out, melt a stick of butter in the grease, add flour- more flour=thicker gravy- then add milk. Stir so it doesn't burn. The longer it Cooks, the more it thickens. Add as much milk as you want gravy. Salt and pepper to taste. Throw in some crumbled sausage. Good with eggs, biscuits, or by itself.
