I’m in Nebraska I was able to pay my propane in January and February but now they say it’s no longer on the list of who they will pay and my electric company isn’t on it either! They will say hi to Walmart and they will pay but I’m in rural Nebraska walmart an hour away and they do not pay my local utilities. This who thing has become a big scam !! They really want you to buy over the counter meds from their catalog.
Oh and the UCard app doesn’t work even my agent couldn’t get it to work. I called United healthcare and asked them to put my utilities on list they said they’d look into it! My agent said it may be fixed after the first of the year 2024!!!
Not the mention the fact that customer service is in another country who barely speaks English!!
