The app only allows you to store 4 visa cards. They are all expired and I wanted to delete and add a new one. There is no clear instructions on how to do this. Sadly, I could not get the mobile deal. I looked for 'account' it reads 'profile'. Does anyone know how to delete an old card from the app?
I used it for about three years. It had a few coupons that I would use regularly. The coupons before were great, two for one on a burger, buy on get a free fries, ect. Then the deals just pretty much went away. I got used to being able to get a deal, after the deals went away I stopped going to Mcdonalds.
The only reason to use it is for deals. I honestly donât mind waiting if my food is going to come out warm. The only thing you avoid is waiting in line if you are ordering in person.
ALSO Im anti social so this helps me avoid talking to people đ

Beware of this app. Several people are coming forward after their accounts are being hacked. McDonald's links your card information and last person I knew got took for hundreds in a few days. McDonald's will send you an email after a purchase is made. Folks check your bank accounts closely…these hackers will sausage bagel and coffee you into the poor house if you let them. Dump the app.
It's good for people with social anxiety who don't like talking to people. There's the reason.
Itâs not taken of in đŹđ§ uk I would rather go eat or drive thru itâs 3 pound 50p delivery and they are renowned for messing orders up so I will not be ordering a delivery from our uk đŹđ§ store

I just got home from using the app I couldn't get my food because they were not opened only the drive-thru was opening you can't get food with out a car WTF just hand my food
You only get one deal per order
My Account was hacked on March 22nd 2019. I got 3 mobile order receipts from 2 McDonaldâs restaurants in Quebec, Canada. Iâm in Manitoba, Canada. $27.65CAD and $15.80 at McDonaldâs Decarie and $9.55 at McDonaldâs Autoroute 13. As soon as I got the email I locked my credit card, changed my password and removed my credit card from the app. The next day I contacted my bank and they reversed the charges and canceled my card. I called Mc Donaldâs a few days later and they deactivated my McDonaldâs account for the time being and are investigating. I never got any compensation, only a âsorryâ from McDonalds. I only used the app for the offers and coupons so I donât know why I added my credit card to the app. I still donât know why they donât have the ability to pay with Apple Pay or A gift card. There should also be 2 Factor Authentication. I refuse to use the app or eat at McDonaldâs.

I took the app off as often it would not let me access any deals, and the app never ever worked in the restaurant.
The deals used to be really great when they first started the app. $1 Big Macs, $1 Breakfast Sandwiches, etc. Now that they have people hooked on the app, the deals are horrible.
Yeah McDonald's is tricky… it seems that the customers in the drive thru are served 1st. Any benefit besides the deal of the day negates the usefulness of the app.
Maybe I'm from a 1 horse town but I never had to wait more than a few min. for fast food. Since it's called "Fast Food" an app. to make it faster seems redundant and complicated. But, I am "Old School" and a bit of an app buffoon.
I got it for the deals but I realized fir $1 off a burger once you get fries I might as well get a meal because you get a drink which I donât drink soda but itâs slightly cheaper. I used the $1 off McCafĂ© a few times I was obsessed with macchiatos for about a month but I donât necessarily need it and if you use the deal it doesnât punch at the top itâs a separate coupon you canât use both. My wife has punches and she doesnât get them too. My McDonaldâs has been getting slower and slower
