I never ever get any cashback from TopCashBack. And their customer service response is useless. I'm giving up on them.

you could be getting 3% back w/ the bank of America customized rewards credit card(all online orders). Also do u get creative on ur orders so that rakuten doesnt flag ur orders on places like nike or is it not a problem?
