Home Depot sucks. Lowes gives me a discount (10%) just for my honorable service (5 yrs AF).

I am told that Home Depot has changed their Military Discount policy.  They will give the 10% discount to AD/Retired&veterans with proper proof of past/present military service. (I'm not going to go into all the options for those). HOWEVER, the discount is now a maximum of $50.00 (That would be for a $500 purchase).  Previously, the discount was up to a maximum of $500.00 (obviously for a $5000 purchase).
