Thanks so much! I followed most of this as my first time couponing at DG, I hope you continue to make beginner guides like this – this was super helpful. I was super nervous when going to the cashier because of the Right Guard deal, but it all worked well! I ended up getting the a 5lb of flour ($1.50 with a -0.50 digital) and 4lb of sugar ($1.75 with a -0.75 digital) instead of the cat litter I also messed up on my deodorant, I got a cheaper twin pack for $2.40 and the $1.75 RightGuards – it worked as it took off the -$2.40 [I had them scan the twin pack first] but my store didn't have any of the other twin packs (I went really late at night). I also had to search the store for Febreze unstoppables, I didn't spot anything except the wax melts but thankfully I had the febreze wax melter from an earlier glitch this week! The deal cost me $5.75 + VAT = $6.91!
The deal worked for me! It cost me $4.38. Thank you! What was upsetting was that after that I tried the $5 off 15 Christmas decor and got things that were not excluded and clearly marked Christmas decor and the coupon didn't work. The manager told me she didn't know how to override it, so I just had her take it off. I was there one time amd a nice employee manually took money off wheb it disnt come off, so I call BS.

I did 3 transactions and they grew higher and higher one was 7.27 with tax 8 31 with tax and 11.31 with tax What did i do wrong

This is the first time I tried the digital coupons at Dollar General. I had about $10 of items I needed to buy that did not have coupons. With that, I got 2 Febreze Unstoppable sprays, the men's deodorant like you got in your video, a tube of toothpaste that is $3, but had a $2 digital coupon. The total of my items before tax and coupons was exactly $25. I paid just over $11 including tax (which is over 9% in my area). Basically, got all those items free using the $5 off $25, $4 Febreze, $2 off toothpaste and $4 off deodorant. My digital receipt said I saved 60%!!
The right guard coupon is no longer on the list of optional coupons to clip. Is there another one I can exchange it with?
