Thank you Christa! You are really helping to explain the process so I can understand it . I have been wanting to learn how to use coupons to save money on regular items I need and use, not just have a bin of toothpaste or brushes that would take me a lifetime to use : )
So I went today and I ended up paying $14.90 included tax. The coupon for the febreeze plug it didn't went thru, but I'm guessing it was because they didn't have the individual plugs and I got the one that has the two plus together. I'm guessing it was of that. So I'm still think I got a good deal, but not the one I expected it. It was my first time cuoping like this.

So will the coupons all stack? Like the $5 off $20 for Gain products gets applied, and ON TOP of that coupon all the individual coupons will be added ?
I went this morning and tried to do this deal and it wasn't working. I clipped all the digital coupons, got the same items in my cart and waited until the cashier hit the button for my subtotal. I put in my phone number and the computer only took off 2 coupons. A lady behind me was saying that the deal wasn't working for everyone. I guess I was one of the many. I'm not used to couponing at DG and the cashier let me know that once I cancelled, the. Coupons that did show up will be gone. So I'm not a happy camper, but it seems like a good deal. If anyone has any suggestions on what I can do, please share.
